Here are a few pics of my ribbon cut at the 2011 Goat Races on Sept 3rd in Kampala.  This was done over the water in Lake Victoria, and the poles were held in two rafts.  The photographer didn't get a good shot of the actual cut showing the water and the beach, but I've included a pic to show the perspective of where it was.
