It appears to be a CASA 1131-E, with an LOM engine, and a Performance Propeller. A Joe Krybus conversion? Obviously the tailwheel is not original.
Searching for the registration number on the Internet revealed that it is based in Western Australia, possibly at Serpentine airport.

It turns out the aircraft belongs to Bert Filippi. Bert wrote to say that yes, Joe Krybus is responsible for this great Jungmann, and it is a wonderful machine to fly ... "Had it not been for Joe, it would still be a bundle of spares which Marcus Bates very kindly crated together with my first Bucker."
