"Los Aviones de Carl C. Bücker" contains a wealth of information I have not seen before. It is a much more interesting, and well illustrated book than I had expected. The new (to me) information is mostly historical covering C. C. Bücker's background in Germany and in Sweden, his aircraft designs prior to the Jungmann, and the factories he operated. There is also a wealth of information on the aircraft that came after the Bestmann, and in particular the various SAAB models for which Anders Anderson was responsible.
In short, this is a book that really deserves a place on you bookshelf. Brian Karli still has some :)

A few lines to tell you about a new book about C.C. Bücker published in Spain. The title is "Los Aviones de C.C. Bücker" (C.C. Bücker´s planes) and the author is Julián Oller, one of the most distinguished historians in Spain.
The book covers the whole Bücker life and explains, with detail, every plane produced under his direction. It also does full mention to all the foreign production, mainly the Bü-131, Bü-133 and Bü-181, focusing in those ones which were produced in our country. The text, in Spanish, is completed with lot of photos and drawings.
Don Julián Oller has had a long aeronautical career, which has allowed him to finish this new book, which adds to his extensive collection of lectures, articles and books.
The Air Foundation of Valencia is proud to invite the assistance of the presentation of this book, continuing with one of its basic pillars, the dissemination of the aeronautical culture.
